North Bay Innovation Summit

The North Bay Innovation Summit is where startup and early stage companies compete for recognition and cash prizes. This year innovators are competing for $10,000 in cash prizes. Companies must be no more than 5 years old with no more than 10 full-time employees. There will be a winner in each of four categories.
North Bay Innovation Week
presented by North Bay iHub Collaborative and Sustainable North Bay September 14-20 throughout Sonoma and Marin Counties
Experience the variety and quality of North Bay innovations in a week long calendar of day and evening events including: the North Bay Innovation Summit, Marinnovation and tours through innovative factories and farms, and brewery and wine-tastings.
The North Bay iHub is a collaborative of partners dedicated to building a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties through the promotion of innovation as a community building and job creation tool by providing entrepreneurs with resources to enable them to build successful businesses. We achieve this by stimulating partnerships between incubators, coworking spaces, non-profit economic development organizations, government entities, universities, businesses and investment networks to accelerate investment and economic development.
The North Bay iHub website is designed to build an entrepreneurial network in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties. Entrepreneurs and innovators will find resources and events to make connections and accelerate their new businesses. THE CALIFORNIA INNOVATION HUB
In an effort to harness and enhance California’s innovative spirit, the state of California launched its forward-thinking Innovation Hub (iHub) initiative. The iHub initiative improves the state’s national and global competitiveness by stimulating partnerships, economic development and job creation around specific research clusters through state-designated iHubs. The iHubs leverage assets such as research partks, technology incubators, universities and federal laboratories to provide an innovation platform for startup companies, economic development organizations, business groups and venture capitalists.
